What a wild weekend! There were six events held during the July 4th & 5th weekend with one being the HCNP Friends Church Service in the Park. The wether was perfect, the atmosphere was peachy, and the doughnuts and coffee (Kollene Steiner's idea) helped make everything fall into place swimmingly. It's always challenge holding services outside, but so far we've managed to get everything into place, working, and still have enough time to pray properly before the service. Thanks Be To God for a wonderful fellowship among "Friends." Next time, you should join us. Maybe, we'll host another service in the park this autumn.

Bikes for Belize

This is what happens when you have energetic 3rd to 5th grade youth who want to give to others who perhaps don't have as much as they have? The HCNP Youth fundraised for youth in Belize so they could ride and own a bicycle as well. How much did they raise in just an hour? $1200.00!!!!! What a wonderful model for us adults to try and live by... Their model of giving to others is an excellent example of unknown FRIEND. Thanks to Terry and Jane Beare for their guidance of youth.
